It is very efficient. I had it translated into Chinese, but I forgot to specify that I needed it in traditional Chinese instead of simplified Chinese, the company took care of it for me within one day. I really appreciate their working attitude. I actually did online search for several services, and couldn't make up my mind which one to use and it just happened that a friend of mine used them a couple of weeks ago to translate a bank document from French to English and she highly recommended this company, so instead of getting it done online, I called this company. And the result is happy. I highly recommend this company.
